The pcb is essentially the brain of the boiler, using pre-determined routines to safely operate the boiler it was designed for. Every action within a boiler is monitored carefully by the PCB. Sensors connected by wires relay information and allow the pcb to analyse and react. Safety is key, so the PCB can shut down the appliance at any point if it believes there is anything wrong.
