Potterton Boiler PCBs are installed in all domestic boilers, it's not uncommon for some to require two or even three just to function. The pcb handles all functionality, installed with routines to safely operate the boiler it was designed for. Every action or event that takes place is controlled, monitored and initiated by the PCB. Sensors connected by wires pass information and make it possible for the pcb to utilise this in real time and adjust accordingly. Safety is key, so the PCB can shut down the appliance at a moments notice if a safety concern is detected.
