The printed circuit board acts as the brain of the appliance, pre-programmed to operate the boiler it was designed for. Every action within a boiler is controlled, monitored and initiated by the PCB. A network of wires and sensors pass information and make it possible for the pcb to utilise this in real time and react. The highest priority is safety, so the pcb can stop operation of the boiler at any given time if it believes there is anything wrong.
